Netstar Ignores Cancellation Emails

Do not use this company as your tracking service. After three attempts over 18 months, it's impossible to cancel your contract with them. I have sent three letters on our company head to their cancellations email, with no success. The debit order will continue to run. If anyone else has the same issue just cancel the debit order, you will then get a string of emails from Nudebt, just set a rule in Outlook to auto-delete them and your problem has been solved.
