Netstar. I don't like ***** companies like yourselves

I want this on record. I called Netstar this morning, advised them my vehicle is sold and the tracker needs to be removed today, was advised that there will be costs involved to install tracker in my new car, and that I have a 3 year contract (news to me) anyway, said I certainly cannot remember entering into a 3 year contract and if they could send me proof I did. Think the consultant was maybe the owner of Netstar, he got hot under the collar, became very defensive... anyway, I made it clear that the tracker needs to be removed as the car is sold. The consultant said they do not remove trackers, they just disable it.
