Netstar Horrible treatment

I would like to lodge a complaint against Nestar. I got hijacked on the 09th of March 2024 in Sunnyside Pretoria Central.

The ********s hit me with something hard on the head and drugged me so they could drive around with me and then deactivate the tracking device and clean the little I had on my bank accounts then threw me in the middle of nowhere not far from Mamelodi Pretoria.

I woke up more than 10 hours later with a kick on my ribs by someone checking if i'm still alive, with no phone, no car, money, some of my clothes, still dizzy from what they used to drug me. I don't remember correctly how I got to the Stanza Bopape clinic because I was still dizzy. I think someone called the police to take me there.

I immediately passed out on the bench until I got assistance only when my brother showed up.

Netstart is unable to recover the vehicle even today. I do not have any means of transport at the moment. This means I have to continue paying for the car that I don't own that was taken from me by brutal force which is still affecting my state of mind even today.

They have declined my claim based on the fact that I did not report that I was hijacked within 8 hours but during that time I was unconscious and with no means of calling them and fighting for my life. They took almost 3 months to conclude my case after I had provided them with all the documents they needed.
