Netstar Hellopeter responses an absolute lie!!

I complained a week ago about Netstar's pathetic service and total inability to provide customer invoices (they never somehow fail to charge the monthly fee!). Following this I received a response by Petronell claiming that he/she tried contacting me unsuccessfully. This is an absolute lie - such a pathetic publicity stunt of which I've never seen by any company before...and they certainly have my correct contact details as an agent of theirs still had the audacity to contact me amidst all of this offering a new unit (at a higher price of course!). I then received an email from Timira (accounts) with a document which I didn't even request - following my reply clarifying my simple request I have not received a response to date in true Netstar fashion...Surely Cartrack or Tracker can't possibly be this pathetic...
