Netstar has to be worst with customer support
What a trash service. I will be canceling this service because my battery is damaged now. You must run after them for assistance am done with them. They send irregular alerts I am so fed up.

05 Oct 2023, 13:14Well they did call and told me they unable to assist me when their device created my problems. The technician was so rude to me. Please don’t use this device if you hardly drive your vehicle or work from home as it will damage your battery life.

05 Oct 2023, 13:34This device is draining my car battery and they won’t assist me because the battery is dead ?? But now where will I get a boost from? Some of us live far from family and friends. This is so sad!!!
