Netstar has redeemed themselves for me

I was furious with Altech Netstar- fuming mad mad mad! But I have to say that today I was pleasantly surprised that they finally listened to me and resolved the matter I'd had MAJOR issue with. I'd disputed an invoice they'd said I owed- after the longest time of trying to rectify the matter I eventually spoke to some Key People at the company- and while it's not great that I had to escalate the matter so- I am really so grateful for them taking my matter seriously and making every effort to ensure that I was eventually happy- which I am!!!! I'd been with the company for over ten years and that our relationship would end on a such a sour note was horrible- but the company apologised to me saying they would continue their internal investigation of my complaint but in the meantime they'd instantly deal with my dispute regarding the invoice which they did! So glad! And so grateful! So much so I'm actually complementing them now! Their final response and resolution of my dispute showed me that The Powers that be at the company DO care! And that matters a great deal to me. :) Super stoked! Many thanks Netstar!
