Netstar has no idea where a particular vehicle is!
On Monday 8th April we received a notification from Netstar that my husband's vehicle was detected as driving at 90 Kmh in a 60 Kmh zone in Ngwathe at 06h09 - this while his vehicle was parked in our garage in Northcliff. My husband wrote to Netstar demanding an explanation and asking how he can ever trust Netstar to protect his vehicle and himself if they do not even know where a particular vehicle is at any point in time. To date, 15 days later, Netstar has not bothered to respond.

07 May 2019, 08:32Ref ********** 1. It is now a month later and Netstar still has not found our vehicle that they reported seeing in Ngwathe on 8th April while the vehicle was actually parked safety in our garage in Northcliff.
