Netstar gives terrible service and do not care

I wish someone had warned me about this tracking company. Two weeks ago, my car gets ****** by a family member. I can the emergency number to report this and to get the location of the vehicle so that I can get SAPS to assist me in getting it back. The lady was so ****** rude. Tells me my device needed to be upgraded or checked every certain amount of time and that it’s in my contract. I called 3 times and on all 3 occasions they promised to get back to me but never did. Now, the tracking company seems to be comfortable debiting my money while both my vehicles have devices that don’t work. So what does their policy say about debiting money for a service that’s not available or working? If my car was ****** or I got hijacked, that was the level of service I would’ve received under distress…

Thank you whoever you were ladies because I’m very happy to cancel this service and go look somewhere else. Not only have you no customer care, you’re clearly also de*****ing your clients who clearly do not regularly check whether their devices are working while you commune to debit funds every month.
