Please people stay away from netstar , with multiple calls,call outs from supervisors,auto election,netstar system cannot trace any paperwork nor confirm a second tracing system was removed from my BMW , the system been draining my 2 battery’s dead in 2 days, blown my navigation, system,cracked my side panel,proof of sms been send to us via the 2 units in the car, early warning system you can drive without the tags, we have given the car under good feith and the direct vandalism to my property yet according to the supervisor he promised to keep us in the loop and send us emails 2 months later they are quite ,now next step is to go to cart blanch with all this proof , please avoid netstar they at all costs , to replace my navigation in the car will cost me quate from BMW R51 000 exl labour, these people needs to be stoped from vandalism,faules promises,my life is in great danger ,if an emergency accours I will be dead because the 2 systems -1 which malfunctioning 2-old system installed and according to the technician report on instillation an upgrade was performed and not a new instillation .i have made the AA legal aware of this, 4 technicians,1 auto electrical technician, 1 supervisor , 2 call Centre agents ,No paper work, no emails, just dead silence .i have reports from my mechanic the proofs my alternator works 100%,car has full services history, reports from my AA of the amount of jumpstarts I had this year, the 2 new battery’s that was replaced this year, the battery charger I had to buy ,my insurance was made aware of this, they are aware of the damages, as a car owner I urge people to avoid them,they LIE, they ***** your money, And damage your property ,please please stay away from them.
