Netstar force you into contract even whe the actual contract expared.

I'm having a problem with Netstar tracking company, they dont want to accept that the contract has ended. I have been harrassed by many people. But I did not. Upto now no feedback. I just receive today email saying that they have increase the premium but I dont have contract with them. At they said I'm owing R428.44 now its thousands. I dont understand how the company works, it's like once you join you cant get out they forced you to pay even if you dont have or use there services.
