Netstar Fix My Device Then Complain about premiums

I have raised an issue with my tracking device a few times on one of my vehicles and have not been contacted to have the issue resolved. The minute I reverse payment, Netstar comes threating me telling me about my account being handed over to the legal department. How about the fail on fixing my device? How is this fair that I must beg Netstar to fix my device and pay for something that doesn't work? This is so pathetic.
