Netstar - Falling Star!
I completed an application for a tracking unit. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Since then I have been trying to get information from them in order to decide on which option I want. After finally physically going to their branch because all the consultant keep promising to call me back, but dont, I was told that if I want the package I have decided on, I will have to complete a new application! Their reason? They have already captured mt contract on a different unit!
Pathetic!

05 Jun 2023, 14:56I wonder if Netstar even read these reviews and complaints! They probably have a bot regurgitating programed replies. Any normal business with such low rating would be worried and would actually try and do something to improve.....but not Netstar!!
