Netstar failure

Received 12 alarm notifications from my vehicle via SMS within 10 minutes (Early Warning System), no phone call from Netstar to confirm status. shoddy workmanship. Will never subscribe or recommend Netstar. Had the Netstar unit removed and now my central locking is not working and Rangers are fitted with electronic locks
