Netstar failing to deliver statements AGAIN
Once again, Netstar fails to send me statements or invoices. This happens regularly. then I have to poke them to get it. Why Netstar? I fail to understand. Is it really so difficult a concept to grasp - TO CONTINUE SENDING STATEMENTS? If you can't even get that right, how are you going to remember to track a ****** car? Please explain. I am confused....
