Netstar failed to cancel my cover

I was signed up to Netstar through Dotsure insurance (despite the fact that I had already had a tracking device with TRACKER).Dotsure Insurance was responsible for paying from my monthly premium. When I cancelled the insurance policy, they failed to inform the tracking company to cancel the cover. What annoys me the most is the fact that when Netstar called me last year regarding the tracker, I told them to cancel my product with them. It’s now 2025 and I am being raided by this company and to make it worse, they sent lawyers to call me. Why didn’t they cancel when I told them to? I cannot pay two tracking companies, especially Netstar they have never assisted me it was only Tracker that came to my rescue.
