I called to cancel my 24 month contract which I fully honoured but was told it's now 36 months. I asked for a call recording or singed contract indicating that. The agent Amanda Sekwati nestar retention advised to ask manager Thato Boitheko to contact me, I never got a call or email since the 26 June 2020. What is wrong with this company and it's employees??
