Netstar

I have to share my experience, i was an ALtech Netstar client. My insurance broker changed my vehicle insurance for me but kept my netstar account. I was told to wait for netstar to contact me if there would be any changes. Ha ... a few months later i was slapped with a bill from attorneys on netstars behalf for a cancellation fee and outstandings fees the bill was over R4000. I have tried talking and reasoning with Netstar but they will not budge, now i am stuck with a over R4000 account, i will never recommend netstar after this experience. No customer satisfaction. Sorry im highly dissapointed after the agent yelled at me and said well if you dont make payments what did you think was going to happen...i was like i beg your pardon...clearly heard not one word of my discussion with him.
