Netstar early warning not working as advertised.

I got the early warning system installed on Friday the 17th.

The tags is not working does not arm the vehicle. The app does activate it for a second and one's you go back it's into the app is not activated. I took the tag off and drove with the car it's been like an hour and still waiting for netstar to respond.

I phoned in the 19th and they said the will phone me back nothing yet. Phoned the installers and was informed technician will phone me still waiting.

Please advise would you like my business yes or no?

I pay for a service it's not for free!!!
