Netstar Early Warning (****)

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the Netstar Early Warning service (****). I experienced a car accident, and despite the service's claims, I did not receive any calls or messages checking on my well-being. Additionally, when my battery was removed, there was still no call or sms from Netstar.

Upon contacting them, I was informed that my car was not fitted with a tracker, despite previously receiving a fitting and test certificate while every month I'm paying for this service. This raises serious questions about the integrity of their product. I urge others to be cautious of this **** company.
