Netstar Drive - **** or?

So quick to sell but delivery is terrible, someone called me Nov 2023 to sell me the Netstar added service after being with them for 3yrs, this was the first call but anyway. I took up the service for Safe Drive and been paying this for almost 1yr now. I called to book a drive and first the number on the T&Cs rings then gets transferred to another phone (*****) then someone picked up and didnt say anything twice. Then he called again with an 031 number he said he was from another company (Data Privacy infringement) he talked to someone and he can help. Hanged up, called the contact center, then finally someone answered and they didn't have my details registered with them for me to book a service after 11 months and receiving an increase letter.

I checked the invoice, the service is billed monthly, but no one knows anything about it!
