Netstar / Dotsure (Netstar taking money out my accout, when then insurance has been canceled)

I took out a insurance with Dotsure. They informed me it comes with tracker of which I didn't want as I was getting a new car and just needed that insurance for the meantime while my old car was standing. They also confirmed that once I stop the insurance , tracker will stop as well (Netstar). Netstar kept taking money out my account. Remember I don't have an account with them. I was with Dotsure who give my details to them. I did not have a debit with them. I called them multiple time to stop taking money out my ac****.I do not have the tracker, or that car and Dotsure confirmed once the insurance is done , call Netstar to just cancel. They have been taking money out my account. When I reverse it and stop it from my bank app. They would use a different ref number. I spoke to my bank as well, which informed me this is *******.
