Netstar don't want my business
I have contacted Netstar on 4 occasion over the past 7 days and it seems they do not want my business. Everytime I call into the call centre their agents don't know their own products, make empty promises to send emails that cover T&Cs, installer information. I have tried on these 4 occasions to get them to confirm installation, promises are made yet when i phone the next time, my details mysteriously disappear of the system. I am tired of chasing Netstar for information, Really poor and pathetic customer service. If you don't want my business then fine, I am sure another vendor would oblige. A word of caution to others out there, don't waste your time with Altech Netstar.

I spoke to Palesa, Zimkitha and 2 other of your colleagues with no follow up or feedback. If new business is irrelevant to Altech Netstar, then it is fine, I will look elsewhere and inform my insurer of this atrocious service.
