Netstar don’t force your services to me please

Netstar leave me alone, I had a contract of 3 years that I never renew when it came to an end. To my surprise I was called by your collectors that I’m owing and For peace sake I made a payment, so what do you want as I formally cancelled the contract renewed without my consent and received a cancellation certificate. When one didn’t renew a contract that is for a certain period, why renew it, what is it that you don’t understand?
