Netstar doesn't respond to call outs

I have been paying my account for years but when I called to get them to reset my tracker cos it's not picking up signal they said 2 days to get a call out. It's been 2 weeks. N now I've been calling n holding on for 15 mins n still nothing. Can someone please come check my car tracker before anything happens n my car can't be tracked.
