Netstar doesn't provide any after sales service

Netstar doesn't provide any after sales service. The are billing both my personal account as well as the insurance company. I have logged numerous calls but they don't call back. On top of that, their App shows that my car is somewhere next to the Ben Schoeman Highway, but it is in fact parked inside my garage! I am extremely disappointed.
