NETSTAR doesn't just have agents with scripts ... but actual humans!

A huge shout out to Linda and more so Kobus for such great customer care! My taxify driver went AWOL and i asked Netstar to recover my vehicle as now it had even left Gauteng. The only reason im not giving a 5 star rating is because it was very confusing as to what exactly Netstar needed from me at the police station to get the ball rolling ("misuse of vehicle" "unauthorized use of vehicle" "OB number") but overall i was impressed. Kobus called me every hour with updates, i really appreciate the human touch both these men had !!
