Netstar doesnt cancel the debitorders as per contract

I cancelled my contract via email and 20 days notice in october. Also cancelled the debit at my bank. Netstar reinstituted another debit order in november. I called then and requested to return it. She agreed and again a new debit was created. I returned it via absa and cancelled again. Very unhappy. Feel they are *****ing my money.
