Netstar does not work.

I pay a subscription for my vehicle on Netstar Safe and Sound vehicle tracking. I have reported that it is inactive and that i can not track my vehicle via email and i have called them to no avail. I own a vehicle that i am told is a high risk vehicle (Toyota Fortuner) that my wife is using and i am concerned for her safety hence i pay for the system. The system is totally inoperative notwithstanding my complaints, very dissapointed in Netstar, use another service probeer.
