Netstar does not call customers back

Good Day.<br> I am writing this complaint with a heavy heart as I have been trying to get hold of Netstar for over a month now and when I request a callback on there website no-one calls me back I have submitted numerous requests and still to no avail and no joy, I am currently seeking cover through another tracking company and Netstar being one of the companies on my list of potential service providers however I feel like I have made a mistake considering Netstar as an option cause no-one calls me back and it is now giving me the impression that they do not want any new clients or new business and that concerns me deeply as this is creates a negative perception of their customer service, If they can't call a potential customer back for a quote then how do they deal with their claims is the service the same or is it better that is still to be determined.
