Netstar dodges mails and calls
I've not received a call from NETSTAR as to why an ******** debit order continues to go on my closed account !!! I have emails sent to Credit Control and the Manager, who both dodges calls and mails. Promises of refunds to happen and still waiting on proof of this. In the mean time my credit score goes down because doing your job is hard work
