Netstar is honestly such a useless company. I had to remove my tracker from my vehicle and put it into another vehicle. My car had to go to the dealership in November, and we had arranged a date for them to take it out... No one showed, no one contacted us until 3 weeks after the fact. Now they are trying to charge an old account of mine with a monthly fee, the account is vacant and I get charged R120 per time they try... And they dont only try once... Its been 3 months no one from there has actually contacted me Ive tried to contact them to sort it out but they are searching for a voice recording of my husband cancelling the contract which has taken them 2 months to find.

If you want nothing but head aches and additional costs.... Go with Netstar...

I would not trust them with anything... Let alone my car
