Netstar Disgusting lies and *********ness

Now more lies and deceit. Netstar contacted me and I spoke to Timira Naidoo the credit control administrator and in our conversation never did she mention she was not refunding me the R2656.07. She gave me the impression they are refunding me my money which they *****ulently deducted from my account without my permission and now after I sent an email confirming the amount to be refunded, I am told that they only refunding R150. this is the worse service I have received, they tell so many lies and make people believe they are doing what they say they are doing but in actual fact they are *******, *****ing my hard earn money. I want my money back Timira.
