NETSTAR disgusting customer service

Disgusting level of service. Unauthorised debits for 2 months. No one responds, cancellations are not effected, debit orders continue - total ******* to consumers. Still waiting for refund for 2 months, now my account is debited again for 2 trackers, which I do not own. Who heads up this customer service department, no one takes ownership or accountability - CANCEL EVERYTHING
