Netstar devices don't work!!! Don't use their services as they will not want to take accountability for their non functional devices

On the 30th of June my car was broken into, the ******s broke my window and stole my car battery. Netstar always calls me when they detect a jamming signal or whenever my battery is disconnected from my terminals. On the 30th of June I did not even receive any alert as my batter was disconnected without them detecting this... Netstar has double standards they will call you when they feel like it or this is a clear indication that their devices DO NOT WORK!!!! I have been trying to call their customer service to no avail, they made me wait for over 30 minutes and when the switchboard lady hears my voice they just make me to wait even longer with no assistance. They told me that they are investigating the issue and will come back to me with a viable option but they have not responded as I had said that I am holding them accountable for my ****** battery as they did not detect when the terminals were disconnected. Never use the service of netstar! Your car will be ****** while you think that you have a tracking device. You will buy my ****** battery!!! If not, I am escalating this to the ombudsman!!! People will lose their valuables because of your double standards and non functional devices
