NETSTAR DEMANDING ME TO PAY FOR NO SERVICE

Good afternoon.

M very frustrated regarding the amount that I should pay almost R6000.00 for the service that Im not receiving right now. I am in financial difficulties and I can afford NETSTAR Monthly payment. Now, NETSTAR is demanding me to pay for the entire 36 months even though Im not using NETSTAR anymore. Therefore I should pay R6000.00 for the service I did not receive and will not receive for 2*** and 2021.

Im struggling financially and I cant afford to pay R6000.00. Please advise who can assist me regarding the above
