Netstar deductions

Netstar has been deducting R95.83 per month for years. I cancelled this previously but failed to keep proof. On the 3 of September 2020 I spoke with Eileen and she confirmed that the R95.83 was for Roadguard Netstar - and that I signed up for this service. I cancelled again. Netstar duly deducted again in October and November. I have never got proof that I requested this service and they did not cancel as she promised. Need all my contributions back
