Netstar debt collection
I have sent an email on the 25 August 2023 to cancel my policy. I only received a response on the 28 September 2023, stating my policy has been canceled. Today 11 January 2024 I receive treating SMS my account will be handed over to the credit bureau if don't make a payment today.
I have notified them in writing to cancel the contract. I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman.
