NETSTAR debit order

Hello Peter NETSTAR *** I have been using Netstar cartrack since 2019, paying the premium of R165 till July 2024. In August 2024 I renewed my cartrack and choose R210 premium, Netstar debited R377 in August, and from September till February 2025 they debited R364 which is not our agreement. I tried to call them to fix the issue of my premium in January 2025, and they said they would return extra money debited, but they continue debiting R364. Please assist
