Netstar - customer service never responds to mails

My parents left ZA in April - passed on a car to me. Tried a number if times to get a response from netter to first shift the netter account across to my name via their customer service email, ***, never got a reply. Then the car had an accident in June and was written off in July. Again mailed, but no response, explained the scenario to the insurer who said that would sort it out with Netstar.

So Netstar don't reply to any mails, we couldn't get the account transferred and now the car doesn't even belong to us as written off. Yet Netstar still debits my dad monthly?
