NETSTAR - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT

Trying to cancel a debit order with Netstar is probably the most impossible thing to do. I cancelled my debit order on 2 March 2023 and have had telephonic confirmation as well as e-mail confirmation that it has been canceled, but once again in April 2023 the debit order has gone through. Thank goodness I never needed their assistance in an emergency because I cannot imagjne how that would have played out if they cannot even get a simple debit order cancelled.
