Netstar customer care Useless

Terrible service from netstar when it comes to cancelling a contract, I called them in September to cancel my contract, has my car has been sold, consultant says its cancelled and outstanding amount of bet 200- 300 will be debited in october. My debit order stil goes off in October and no cancellation amount debited, than I call them this morning to find out what is going on, only to be transferred to different departments and the consultant cant even talk properly on the telephone, I have already called abt 3 times so far today with no help, and the consultant says that my contract was not cancelled like I requested in September. I will never use netstar ever again.
