netstar contract cancel

i cancelled my contract in april/may 2024 . in october i s;aw debit order from my account which i then called netstar to find out why i was sent from pillar to post transferred to more than 5 people when i requested the recordings for my call i was told the company they where doing recording with is no longer with them i spoke with someone from cancelliation department on 26 November which he then said he was cancelling contract and he sent me a letter said i theres no money for me to pay. now they debited my account again and i am getting sms and calls from collecting companies. i have been calling them since last week and i am again being transferred to people and no one is assisting me.
