NETSTAR, CONFUSION 101

I do not know what Netstar's problem is. I have been trying to cancel their policy forever. I even wrote to hellopeter, then they responded with a promise to call me. While I was still waiting for their call, I received a call from their lawyer. I was really surprised and explained the scenario. I then called and talked to Bulelani. He promised to cancel the policy, told me the sum I would have to pay. I have received three different amounts of money that I need to pay so far, from their lawyer, Bulelani and from what I suppose is their account dept. I have been cancelling policies for decades. It takes only one call to cancel a policy, and no lawyers. Why is cancelling a Netstar policy like pulling teeth? Can someone grow up and email me the banking details and the true balance of what I owe Netstar so that I can pay? I really don't like the game Netstar is playing because I don't understand the rules. I do not want any more calls, just an email with correct payment information details.
