NETSTAR CAR TRACKING COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK!!

The Car Tracking Company Netstar's Customer Product Support specifically the Customer Retention department sucks. They are unprofessional in the way they handle calls. I have been trying to reach out to them solution on the one issue i have wrt one of the car tracking products purchased last year and Still not INSTALLED. Their call agents hang up on calls and they dont provide constructive resolutions on issues. The also dont keep record of issues logged pertaining to their products and services. (Dont Remove my Complaint its against the correct Company)
