Netstar car tracking

We had two cars with insurance (them being partners with dotsure) all seemed well until we had to sell the one car. We sold the car in Jan 2021 I phoned in beforehand and gave all the details to move the tracker etc and we are in Oct 2021 im still paying for the tracker .... ive sent numerous requests and emails and yet here I am probably still not going to receive any assistance.
