Netstar car tracker.

I took tracker with netstar...the time of concluding sale they where quick and fast I thought they were reliable.I was told download app to track movement of my car.the track was suppose to come with panic button but none of what we spoke about the time of sale was successful i been trying to call send emails and i don't not get any assistance from them till now i have contract with them wanted to cancel they cut the call..am stuck with tracker that i don't want..don't trust do t even know if its working of not. Poor customer service
