Netstar cannot locate my vehicle location-unreliable

I am extremely disappointed with this car track services it's been less then a month ince I've got netstar to install my tracking unit I drive a BMW yesterday at around 11: 30pm my tracker lost signal I have been checking the app which it keeps showing my car is in another location which I still have the car in my possession have called netstar this morning for them to track the location the lady calls me back to say they cannot locate my vehicle I have put this track for peace of mind what happens for instance if my vehicle really gets ****** as i drive a high risk car what's the use for a tracking company that cannot locate my vehicle its terms of RELIABILITY netstar services had led me to a complete disappointment what peace of mind do I have as a customer????????I would like to cancel I'd rather move my business to another company that's more accurate and reliable I expect a cancellation with immediate effect My acc no is ***9
