Netstar cancellations

I have an on going cancellation since 2024 The debits keep going off the bank account yet no communication from the cancellations dept. customer care and cancellations, takes over a month to reply and doesnt even give a resolution. can someone from higher managment call me please *** this is ridiculous!

i have spoken to the consultant i have been advised of the process i- and its to do exactly what i hvae been doing (email cancellations) , the email address she gave me is bouncing including *** - and the personal one - i called *** had to go through all the steps and listen to music until no answer.
