Netstar Cancellation policy is a *******

My car was recently involved in an accident and it was a write off. I had a Netstar tracker installed in the car. When I want to cancel their services, they tell me I need to pay a settlement fee of +R2000. Else, I still need to continue paying for the tracker for duration of the contract which is 3 years, even if i won't be using the tracker.

This is a *******. I had no control over the accident and the car being written off. Why do I need to pay for something I will no longer use?!
