Netstar Cancellation

I got the shock of my life when I wanted to cancel my contract with Netstar for a contract that I have had since December 2012. I was told am locked on a three year contract because March 2025 Netstar called and told me that the old devices were being phased out and they would fit my car with a new contract at a reduced amount. Now I want to cancel the contract as I no longer use the vehicle, am told there would be a cancellation fee! When I requested for the recording the agent told me clients don't get the recording.
